Cam install! Do I need new lifters?

I'm in the process of buying all the gaskets and other parts that I need to install my trickflow stage 1 cam into my 95. I'm wondering if I need to buy new lifters or if I can reuse the stock ones? Also does anyone know if I can use stock length pushrods with stock heads and rockers.

lifters are roller units, no need to replace unless you just really wanna spend the money. now on a new engine rebuild, i would replace them.

I think i'm just going to check them out when I remove them and if they look ok i'm going to reuse them.
