I have a basic understanding of Lidar but have some questions?
* Can you really use it to get someone's speed from across the highway? (on south side aiming at traffic going north)
* Can it be used at night
Also my understanding was that it was typically used by a LEO in front of you aiming at your license plate or head light.
I was watching a show on TV Speeders and they showed use at night, across the highway seemingly on a perpendicular angle to the car they were aiming at and other things I didn't think would work.
Is all of that feasible?
