Can anyone here make decals?

I'd like to make a decal or two, and put them on my motorcycle helmet and maybe one on the car. I don't have the stuff needed to make them, so if anyone here can make these, I'll paypal a few bucks to whomever can help me out.

Anyways, it's in honor of Sean Taylor, my all-time favorite player. Here's the image I'd like a decal of:

Either white, yellow, or burgandy would be cool. Black would look cool if a white background can be made on the decal. My helmet is all black, so I'd like it to show up somewhat. Thanks guys, PM me if you can make one of these.

A few months ago, I bought a pack of 8-1/2 x 11 clear decal material at a local office supply store for use with ink jet printers. 10 sheets was $14.95. It is part number 00064-3 from International Paper. Web site is:
