Can I replace the radiator fan without removing the radiator??

I'm going to throw this out here but I've been hunting online for about an hour and my brain is about to meltdown.

My chics 1998 GT's radiator fan started banging around and then starting smoking. The fan motor is shot. Since they look similar to our Cobras setup I was wondering if I can replace the fan assemble without pulling the radiator?

Someone please give e good news?
