Hey guys. Pretty simple question. I know on a N/A engine velocity in the runners/intake is very important to low end power and driveability. But, on a supercharged engine that's under boost it seems like it wouldn't have the same impact since there is a positive pressure in the intake. Can you have heads that are too big even though your still pushing 15lbs of boost?

Big cams in blower cars are usually not that good because they have more duration and bleed boost or the boost blows back in the intake valve because it was open for to long. As far as runners go with your boost numbers it dose not mater much at all. The only time runner length and positive displacement superchargers mater is when there is a carb style intake (victor jr) with EFI bungs. The injector location is vary important on these setups because the longer runner allows the injector to be placed higher up giving the fuel more time to atomize.
