Wondering if you can remove it because I tinted my corner lights to see what it would look like. Lets just say it looks stupid and don't try it. Oh and preferably a way that doesnt destroy the lights underneath.
some type of paint thinner, but it may melt the plastic housing underneath, otherwise your gonna have to sand it of going from lower grit to high grit wet sand and then polish, but you may have already ruined the light
I know it can be done. I did the same then had mine redone by a pro and they just sanded them. Like PSU said just go slow and then wet said until it's smooth. You might get someone to put a coat of clear on there after you sand them.
bzubke1 i feel your pain buddy..i tinted my tail lights n 3rd brake light on trans am. No matter how much clear coat i put on they never became glossy. I ended using watered down laquor thinner. It will melt the plastic if used to much. I ended up buying a new 3rd brake light b/c it got ruined.:fm:
