Capabilities of -8 Feed & -6 Return?

Trying to figure out what my brother can do to try and get his car off 110 Octane and on E85 so he can maintain similar power levels with less expensive fill ups.

Car is a 94 Cobra w/ 19k miles

347 R Block
Big Hyd Roller Cam
Vortech T Trim @ 18psi (non-intercooled)
Viper Spec T56

Current fuel system:
Stock tank with welded sump and welded -8 feed and -6 return fittings
Aeromotive A1000 w/ controller
-8 Feed
Vortech fuel rails
60lb injectors
Paxton fuel pressure regulator
-6 Return

Currently makes 640rwhp on 110 octane @ 18psi

I know the A1000 and 60lb injectors won't support that kinda power on E85 but will the rest and more specifically a -8 feed and -6 return do it?

Cool, thanks guys. Looks like all he'll need to do then is pump and injectors.

thats what is on mine and i made 901 @ 6200 (belt snapped) with those size lines.

With E85, I make right at 700rwhp on -8 feed / -6 return with ID1000 injectors. I have plenty of room to spare, too.

I would estimate 1200+rwhp with an -8 feed, -6 return-maybe more.
