Car not shifting out of 3rd at WOT

So I have a vmp tune and I noticed this issue last year and thought I had it resolved but testing at 100mph+ isn't an easy task. I know its in the tune because the car does seem to shift into 4th and 5th when using half throttle. I tried working with them again this year and its still an issue. Almost makes me want to go to another tuner.

Has anyone experienced this issue before where their car wont shift into 4th at WOT.

Before going extreme and switching tuners I would try contacting them and have them review your file. Have you switched your rim size or tire size since you were first tuned? If you have the wrong tire size for the tune your revolutions will be off which can cause the shift points to be off. Just something to consider, let us know once you get it figured out.
