hmm, this kind of worries me as ill be running the same pulley setup. are you running a whipple 2.75 or a RR 2.75? i also have the thump rrr (w/ grooved pulley).
my setup is very similar except my boss block is stroked to 322, 9:1 comp, stg3 livernois heads, oversized valves, custom cams from J. Mihovetz, ported 2.9 whipple standard (non-crusher) inlet, ported BF tb, ported lower intake, 1 3/4 ARH & 3 inch o/r x, e85, etc etc etc...
im shooting for 23/24lbs but now im thinking i will only see around 21psi like you did.

I am running rr 2.75 pulley. The reason I had really bad slippage was due to belt being too long. I just ordered smaller belt which should fix the issue. I might install custom cams and bigger headers. Before Bob Kurgan comes out here again and get it retuned.

The quest for more power never ends. :D Bigger cams and longtubes will help your setup tremendously.
im glad to hear it was just a belt problem. What size belt were you running and how much smaller are you going to go?
Thanks!

You are right on point with that, Hp is like a drug once you are hooked you want more and more lol. Bob said with bigger headers the car should make another +,- 20hp. cams should net me another 30-40hp. The belt I am running right now is 77 3/4 inches I just ordered 77" belt. Going to try to see if it will fit..
