I'm trying to get a survey of people's past car purchase experiences, I have found that purchasing a car is one of the biggest purchases people could make but it seems like very rarely do people come out feeling satisfied about their experience. them, the truth, I bought cars for 35 years, before selling them, so I try and make them
feel relaxed, if I can.

I try to be as informed as possible so I know about the vehicle, what to look for, and what they are really worth... so I can go in make sure its up to par then say its worth XXXXX and they can take it or leave it. Thats the general idea~ but if you fall in love with said vehicle its harder to get a good deal.
