Its that normal my car run rich when the temperature outside is cold (about 70f) the wideband read 10,4 10.2 and when the temperature is hot (85f) he read around 11.6!!

You should make sure your wb actually works, 10.2-10.4 is very rich! Pouring big amounts of fuel in your cylinders isn't good for the motor either.
If anything cooler weather should net more horsepower, and maybe cause the motor to run a little leaner than normal.
