Carbon door interior insert?

I know Ive seen one before. My 10th anniversary ones look like major ass and instead of just repainting them red or black or whatever I was thinking about putting some CF ones in there and Im pretty sure Ive seen them before. Anyone know?

btw im talking about the part around the door handle.
