carpet for rear seat delete

Thinking about making my own rear seat delete. Where can I source carpet the matches the factory? How much will I need? I've looked at the yellowmustangregistry.com delete kit, but the carpet doesn't match very well.
Also thinking of using something other than wood to save more weight... maybe plexiglass.
Any help would be appreciated!

What about this one, from The Motor Company. Available in Sound Proofed or Not sound proofed material. Mine is sound proofed so it weighs a couple lbs. more:
