I've been starting to look for a Cobra again and I've noticed there seem to be lots of them with rebuilt titles. What's your opinion of them? I know usually when a car is rebuilt like that in MS the inspection they go through is pretty harsh so it seems like safety-wise they may be ok. I know that doesn't help the value of the car though. How do the banks and insurance companies tend to view them also?
