CD/ Radio Player Question

When the car sits overnight and you start it up the radio/cd makes a noise and the time on the clock resets to 12:00. Any ideas what this could be?

Is your battery going down? If not, then the KAM on the radio is kicking out, either from a hacked harness line or a corroded connection...

Battery was low......but I think it is ok now I will get it checked.
