CE codes: got caught in a storm last night new codes

So I was driving home from work and got caught in a nasty T-storm... went to go start the car for work and noticed the check engine light was on... got to work and used the Xcal to see what the codes were...

P-0138 High voltage 02
P-2195 ?
P-2196 ?

I'm currently having an o2 sensor issue right now as well, well I think it is but it gave me both codes so were thinking its a vacuum leak but still trying to locate it.
