CEL help?

So i had a check engine light come on today for the first time in a while. So i scan it with my tuner and i get p0148-fuel delivery error. So i ran it threw for and this code can only be set when the system see that at least one back is lean at wot but i also had a code for cat efficiency on bank one which i don't get cause im running and O/R x-pipe so you think it would be both banks. so any help would be great.

ok i had this code 2 months ago. do you have a PPRV delete?

i had a pprv delete and what ended of happening was the y block inside ur gas tank got crimpled with pressure and i had a large hole on my line from rubbing on the side of the tank causing it to cut open. pretty much i had no fuel pressure. drop the tank and i think u will find your problem.

I do but i have perfect fuel pressure at idle. Drove it for the past couple days and no problems or CEL.
