CEL on, got those codes PLZ help me

Can someone help me, i got those CEL code and wondering what I have to change or do to fix this

P0340 Camshaft Position ----- What to do with this
P0135B O2S (Bank 1, sensor 1) ---- Which O2 sensor is this?
P1131 Mfr ctrlled fuel and air metering ----They told me it was probably my
wires and spark plug?

P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor- Replace it with a new one.

P0135B O2S (Bank 1, sensor 1) Rear bank upper sensor.

I just replaced my O2 sensor, all wires and all spark plugs and im still having a real lack of power. My friend's civic SI has more acceleration than my car right now lol. Got any ideas on what may be the possible problems?

did the code go away?
Are the cats clogged?
Are the secndaries opening up?
Is there a fuel issue?

P1131 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 1
P1138 Lack of Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Rich - Bank No. 1 (I'm assuming thats a 8 and not a B)

Hum,
where to start....for the code p0135B its really that code that the scanner gave me....obd2...i bought the rear o2 sensor...should I return it...?

For the secondaries ill have to make the test of unplugging the imrc and go for a ride...
For the cat, how can I check it?
For the fuel issues....ill change the gaz filter..but is there other thing i should check or change?
For the code p1131 --- The scanner gave me the description written above so thats why i changed all my spark plugs and wires...but gotta admit that I havent notice any difference in the acceleration....

Sorry for all those questions....but im having those problems since I bought the car(6months ago) and I would be very happy to fix everything once and for good

Personally, I would start with replacing the O2s, preferablly all of them, to include the cam sensor, if that doesn't fix it, but should get rid of some of the codes, try the MAF. Do you have any other CSVTs around you? If so, swap the MAF to see if that helps.
