any body know how to programe keys

are you programming from scratch (as in you are starting with no key that is programmed) or do you have 2 programmed keys and you want to program more? I BELIEVE if you have 2 keys already you can program more your self wthout the use of the special tool the dealerships use. If you don't have two, you have to take it to the dealership. Look on google how to do it urself Search "Program PATS key" I'm not 100% on this so i would double check

i got a new cluster that did not have a large scatch in it when i put it in the car wont start

If you change the cluster you will have to have the scan tool to reset the pats I believe.
