I went with 4:10's and a T2R. I have a Diablo tuner so I went in and selected the 4:09 setting. The speedo still reads higher than actual speed. Can the tuner make fine adjustments to correct this?

Yes, they should e-mail you a tune specifically for the calibration.
Atleast that is what Ken @ Modular Depot did when he installed FRPP 4.10s in my car.
I wouldn't recommend driving the car until you calibrate the speedometer, because you are racking up more miles than you are actually driving. :nono:
