Changing 03/04 Computer?

On www.modularfords.com on the left hand side under downloads, they have a link about putting a Mach 1 computer in an 03/04 cobra...

I can't find any references to why you would want to?

looks like they were using it because it contains the codes for an automatic transmission to make it shift and work properly when installed into a cobra. probably had to rewrite the entire program for the supercharged motor though. more than likely a very specialized swap. not for me. richard
