Changing a valve spring with the head on the truck

Im going to be changing a valve spring on my L as i broke one i have patriot stage 3 heads and crower stage 2 cams. I have never done this so do you guys have any tips for me i have the special tool on the way, Is there a how to on this i did search but did find much info.

what is the tool? you are doing to need a valve spring compressor and a tool thta forces air into the cylinder to hold the valve up and keep it from falling into the cylinder.

Your also going to need the ford OTC tool that clips under the cam and compresses the spring.
