Changing the Color of my wheels

I just started working with Photoshop, and was wondering how to alter the color of my wheels.

Anyone...I would like to keep the outside lip polished and the inside same color of my car Mineral Greay or Gun metal/black chrome. If anyone can do this I would be in debt.

Thanks Anyway 03DOHC, I have been thinking of either painting or polishing. Don't know what to do....I know that it can be done on photoshop. I guess I will have to play around some more....
