SCGallo, where does the vacuum line run that is tee"d off the fuel rail pressure sensor in the picture? Bypass valve?

SCGallo, where does the vacuum line run that is tee"d off the fuel rail pressure sensor in the picture? Bypass valve?

It feeds two MAP sensors which provide outputs to a Autometer gauge for vacuum/boost monitoring in my line of sight and a AeroForce gauge for datalogging/monitoring.
