Several SVTF owners, including SVO Dave have discovered the cable that changes their intake runner length is disconnected (broke). Definetly check it particularly if you can't hear the runner change when driving or tyour car is more slugish than you think it should be at lower RPMs.
Check your intake cable!

Being that my car is g-teching in the 14's now, It didn't really feel sluggish in lower rpms, it would just almost through you back in seat in first and second above 5000 or so rpms, and pull real good. I wonder what it would feel like if it was correct. LOL.
