i was going over my bill this evening and found i was being charged 2.99 a month for roadside assistance.i called and raised hell with them,they said; it was a mistake! well they made a mistake on my moms cell also. take your time and go over your bill if you have cingular,look on page 11 . i have contacted the missouri attorneys general here in missouri,hopefully they will put a end to their phony charges.

Its not phony its a real service.
But if you didn't read over your contract at the beginning then yes it can be a shock.
