Clay Bar question

Is claying i think the that is the correct trem really needed i clayed it last year and i only out 2000 miles on it and it was only in the rain twice if that counts for anything. i will be useing ssr 2 on the whole car and ssr2.5 on some parts followed by red moose machine glaze then eather ex-p and natty blue or vanilla moose and then natty blue.

Really depends on how the paint feels and how much the car was outside, etc.

If you're going to go ahead and use the SSR's, then I would go ahead and clay, doesn't take that much more time. That way, you'll know that you did the job right.

You dont really have to do the entire car. Concentrate on the horizontal panels i.e. roof, hood, deck, and the doors down to the handles., These are the areas where contaminants come to rest.
