Can anyone tell me if these fog lights will fit a 99-00 lightning bumper without any modification?

Are you sure? I'm pretty sure I read that the 87-93 gt fog lights did fit. Like these... Link

Here is a pic of the regular 87-93 replacements.

So the "ultra clear" ones should also work... right?

id say no for the fact that on the L bumper they are not held on by that bolt....

earlier years, 99-00, have that type of bolt connection. 01+ have the redesigned foglight housing due to them falling off from earlier years

i have those lights, but they are from a ranger. early 90's. they look very very simliar. $30 you cant go wrong, i payed $80 for 2 from blueoval

IF you drill a small hole in the bottom and I do mean small, it would let the water drain out from the bottom as well all the condensation build up. This will help them last longer and not crack.

99Bolt, they will fit perfectly. The '99/'00 Lightning fogs are the exact same size and mounts as the '87-'93 Mustangs.

Are those fogs from Blue Oval Industries? If they are, then the fogs will hold up well, and won't yellow as long as you don't change to a hotter bulb.

Stewart

EDIT: Didn't see the link you provided. I now see they're from Dallas Mustangs.

Thanks Stewart. My lights will arrive in a few days.

I don't use my fog lights unless I get caught in fog so I don't think it will be a big deal to use silverstar or blue coated bulbs. But I'm not so sure. I'll also try that small hole in the lights, just in case. Thanks b4.

FYI, a set costs just under $100 including shipping, from Dallas Mustang.
