SHO clutch job

The local Ford dealer just put a new factory clutch in my 94. The service manager stated that part of the frame had to be cut to access a mount bolt (I believe) and that this was standard procedure. They also resufaced my flywheel, changing the car's shifting characteristics somewhat. All told, it didn't look like a do it yourself operation. The final results were good.

try www.shotimes.com tons of info for you.

As for cutting bolts. Maybe they had to cut the original subframe bolts or something. Mine was replaced at a local Ford dealership, by a Ford tech who works on tons of SHOs. Its really just like anyother FWD clutch replacement. drop the subframe etc etc.
