Clutch pedal vibration

I've recently developed a vibration in my clutch pedal when sitting at idle or low rpms. The pedal literally hops up and down maybe 1/4 inch and a fairly rapid pace until I get the speed up a little bit.

I'm having a hard time banging gears past 5800 rpm now as well. Stock pulley car, stock clutch & adjuster, 34,000 miles.

Is my stock clutch finally going out?

Probably have a some bent pressure plate fingers causing the TOB to bounce off of them. No matter what, if the clutch pedal is vibrating the trans will have to be removed to fix so a new clutch is certainly in order.
