I seem to have quite a bit of freeplay (loose) on my clutch pedal when my foot is off of it. The clutch isnt slipping and is engaging/ disengaging fine. What could be causing the loose pedal? Do I need one of those adjusters everyone is talking about? Ive pulled up on the pedal and then depressed it to the floor as previously told to adjust the stock assembly but it doesnt do anything to help it. Any guesses?

I don't think you need it, but I had the same (a VERY sloppy pedal), and I had a Triple Hook Quadrant and firewall adjuster put in. And boy it is like night and day!! No side to side wobble in the pedal and shifting is an absolute dream. Probably my favorite non-power increasing mod.
