clutch problem

I am having problems with throwout bearing noisein my 93 Cobra. A local mechanic has replaced the clutch and two throwout bearings and the noise comes back within a week. The noise is a squeeking sound with the clutch released, slight pressure on the pedal and the noise goes away. Does any one have an idea or sugestion as to what i am overlooking. Thanks Mike

Did you put a light coat of grease on the bearing retainer or check the retainer for excessive wear?
