has anybody had the same problem,whenever u take off theres a loud whine and when ever u let the clutch out all the way it stops?or does any body know what it could be?

Looks like the TOB is shot. Very common problem on these cars, Im on my 3rd...
I would recomend getting a Fiore quadrant, Fire-Wall adjuster, LDC free play kit and adjusting the clutch properly. If you wait too long that TOB can lead to clutch damage and faliure as it did for me..
Then you'd be looking to buy a new clutch. If the car is stock/still under warranty take it to the dealer, if not then buy the above parts and fix her up :beer:
