WANTED: Cobra intake to 5.4 adapter plates

Hello, I have a 5.4 navigator engine and a 99 cobra intake that is ported and I have all the parts for. I am need of adapters to make this work.

Can anyone sell me the adapter plates that were made by a few people and shops for a while?
