Cobra introduced itself to 05 Vette

Coming home from work today around 2pm a red gleam catches
my eye on I95 south bound. It was a older guy in a 05 and he was
right on my bumper weaving back and forth, I was like WTF
and let him get beside me. He rolls the window down and says he
heard those new Cobras are quick, I said wanna find out?
He actually laughed, looked again and laughed some more.
Anyways no traffic ahead and going around 45 we hit !
Boom 3+ cars at the end of third and pulling hard, the laughing stopped and he says no way
I was stock no shit you never asked I holler back, again he says.He
wasnt ready was his excuse. Fine, second round was even worse
for the Vette and no props or thumbsup from pops but who cares,
that felt goooood!

let them make all the vettes they want....the average vette driver is over 55 and gray and drives an auto....plus...i see too many hot blondes driving them...

nothing against women, but i have yet to see a woman behind the wheel of a Cobra (mans car!) LOL

It really is sad that SVT isn't going to have a Cobra again until 06 as an 07 model. The HP wars were just getting interesting with the Terminator. Now what American muscle do we have? The GTO? :bash: I think the imports are starting to take over :fm:

The guy should have known that most Terminator owners don't keep their cars stock. I can't believe he actually started laughing at you! Even stock vs. stock it would have been a driver's race. Vette owners like that make me :xpl: Anyway, good kill on the vette.
