I think the brake lines(caliper to hard line), 3.27 gears over 2.73. the calipers are actually the same it's the caliper brackets that are different

I can get a good deal on a built gt rear, but want to make sure that it is possible to just bolt it in. Swap the brakes and go?

You have to yank the axles out to swap the Cobra brakes to it. The rear cobra bracket is the really the only thing special on the rear cobra brakes to allow the bigger cobra rotor.
