Cobra Red Eye Pics.

About a year ago, when we were first reading about our soon to be new cars, we saw the mags. with the red eyed Cobra. Unfortunately, our cars came with out the red eye...so I was wondering, who else has done this?

This is cool, I did this to my ride also . I also did the front cobra. Just clean it good and use a bottle of testors paint works great

Yoa, they come painted black from FORD, at least mine did..

I used fingernail polish and it has lasted over 6-months so far. My wife came outside when I was doing it wanting to know what I was up to and started laughing her a$$ off that I was using her polish on my car.

Looks good. It is the little touches that set each of our cars apart from the other guy.

I just bought some ford valve stem caps and license plate bolt covers. Neat little ford logos.

I did the red eyes with Testors Model paint. 1/2 a dropp will do it. Make sure you don't have a shakey hand.

Thanks everyone. I used "D3" paint. It is what would be used for a touch up on my car. D3 is what you all would want to ask for from the Ford parts dept. if you wanted the Ford paint. I just dotted the eyes...the black was already done. However, if for whatever reason it fades, I do have black touch up from my '98 Cobra.

Yeah, those red eyes are sweet and all, but for me - I gotta go with a Blue-Eyed Cobra!
