Cobra vs. CBR600

I don't have a video, and I don't know much about bikes but this was a CBR600 and we lined up from about 50 and I had about two cars on him by 120. Second run was about 50 again and he got the hit. We were dead even until about 110 and I started pulling away. I usually don't post kills but I was pretty excited about this one and I could tell he was a little surprised.

you could beat a stock 600 from a roll. especially if the rider is 200+lbs. the bikes in the pic, the last 3 all have about the same hp at the wheel. i had an 02 f4i and it made 102hp bone stock. the new ones just handle a little better.

edit, i didnt realize you had a mach. you probably couldnt beat one. ive beat 600's with a pully/exhaust terminator.

I beat an 03 CBR600 with 3 people in my car. He pulled away down low but by 130 i had a car on him. I was suprised i really thought it wouldnt be close at all.

I have never raced a bike but yesterday some guy had a Sport Bike that said

1300 and Hayabusa(sp?) on the side....I knew he would crush me so I didn't

race, but we were also in a residential area.

I would have raced him just to see what the bike could do if on the highway.

Small world I guess but it turns out the guy on the bike works right next to me. He said it's a 2001 CBR 600 F4i. I found a video on YouTube of a KB Cobra making 540rwph and the F4i tears him up so I don't know if he wasn't a great rider or what but it was a good time. He said his buddy has a C5Z and wanted to know if I would run him. I'll get it on video.

im a cbr owner and i can tell you to match up to a 07 and up cbr 600rr you have to be packin 10 second power. from a high roll then the bikes at a disadvantage but from a low roll i have not lost to any car. thats not to say i cant i know its not the fastest thing on the road but it hard to hand with a new sport bike in a car these days:beer:
