Cobras done

I finally took my cobra to the dyno yesterday. After all the problems I've had with it over the last few years I've finally gotten everything straightened out. The car has a built motor steggy blower with all supporting mods long tube headers with a 2.8 upper and 4 lower it made 505hp 540tq the max boost was 16.5 and I lost 2 pounds on the top end down to 14.5 anyone have any suggestions as to y I lost boost? It seems like the hp is low. I'll try and get a few vids up later

[Why Try]

I think power is inline with the mods you have. Stock cams correct? My ported lost some boost at the top also. Some people say they have seen 530 on upper and lower but I only hit 520 with a 6lb lower.

Yea I have stock cams. I was hoping hp would of been 515ish. Not to far off

10 horsepower at 500+ hp is the difference from one dyno pull to another. No big deal.

Ported blower and long tubes will cause your boost drop.

I'm going back in spring to spray the car with a 100 shot just hoping there was a reason for the boost drop off

For our terminator vs gt500 shootout the tech is very lenient ;-)

Correct, there is a 9 sec vert with a 4 point roll bar.
