Code Question/thoughts

Here's a quick catchup,

picked up a 03' Lightning 58k miles original miles & 2 owners.
Its got a no wrecks, no damage history, but 1 repo on the history from last owner.

From what I can see/tell, it has the eaton ported, big air sct 2600, shift kit & a catback exhaust.
Truck is now throwing P0106 Code. I did look up the code, but was curious if
anyone had any P0106 Code thrown before. Also some thought on resolution. Truck seems to run strong currently.

I have litterally never seen that code before, but on the drivers side of the engine is the baro sensor, its possible its unplugged
