It's new to me. Not sure what I need in order to obtain. So if anyone could explain I would really appreciate it.

I see no need for a cog set up on for your application, a properly sized belt and idler pulley will work fine. The cog drive would most likely do more harm than good.
Will I get that wine while idling sound??? Could you send me a link to a idler pulley and belt you would recommend??? Thanks again.

^^^^ got a little chuckle out of that. And I now love the sound of a centri at idle!
