Coil cover sticker removal

Good Morning folks,

To begin, I am not sure if I am doing something incorrectly, but I tried searching and the search function isn't working for me, so I am going to ask and if you have a thread to point me to, please do so.

I am going to be powder coating my wife's coil covers this weekend, but I need to get the decal off the driver side one. Looking for recommendations on the best way to accomplish this without destroying things.

I've used fishing line to take off emblems. Maybe that will work in this case?
