Coil-over setup questions

So in the end I want to have a street machine...either turbo or bigger twin screw(about 700rwhp eventually) but I also want the car to handle as well as possible and have an awesome stance so a coil-over setup seems to be the way to go.

1.) I want to go straight axle one day, if I do a coil-over setup on my IRS can it be easily switched over to the straight axle?(this doesn't seem likely but I thought I'd ask anyways)

2.) If I get a coil-over setup now and start doing tubular suspension components later on will the coil-over setup still be easily moved to the tubular components?

3.) Which is the best bang for your buck? I'm not trying to get the most expensive, nicest one out there but I'd like a nice one for a reasonable price.
