Coilover Spring Rate advice????

I am working on an 05gt thats in the process of getting an adjustable front coilover supsension. This car is going to be Drag raced but will have plenty of street time on it aswell. My question is what is a good spring rate for these cars. Looking for ultimate weight distribution for the track but to still be streetable. Thanks for all the help.

The correct spring for your suspension will depend on a number of factors, as well as your personal preference as a driver. What type of coilovers are you installing? Is your car stock weight still, or has it been changed significantly?
