Cold Plug Part Number - NGK, or similar

I am running a 6lber and probably should go one range cooler on my plugs. What is the NGK part number for a one range colder plug, or, would my parts counter man be able to look that up? Thanks,

Another Q - plug swap on mod motor - pain in the ass? First mod motor I've owned, everything else I've messed with has been either a Ford SB or British.

Looks like some funny stuff going on up there on the intake manifold, as in, I'll have to remove fuel rails and coil packs on each plug?
