Second Creek Raceway is having free open days this week, actually mon, tues, and wed. You just have to show up, sign a waiver, and tell them you belong to a local club (SCCA, BMW, MRA, etc), put on a helmet and take some laps. They are not checking to see if you are indeed a member but that was today. If you have a membership card I would bring one.
I just got back and it was a pretty good time. There were a lot of people out there but nobody doing anything dangerous. They separated us in "racing" and "non-racing" classes (based on experience, not intentions).
I may be going again tomorrow and would like to see the rest of you guys (probably on two wheels tomorrow though).
