Are these repairable or not. I'm wondering if having the cams milled. Then installing cam bearings would be an option?
This is a pic of the one with the worst damage.

Try these guys. They may be able to repair the journals for less the the cost of new cams if there are not too many in need of repair.

Durabond makes a replacement bearing for the cam journal towers. But, I think it only comes in a standard sized inner diameter only. A good engine machine shop should be able to find out. The cam journal looks like the damage is pretty deep. I suggest durabond bearings for the head ( if damaged ) and a new camshaft(s). The tolerance/clearance needs to pretty tight in order to maintain oil control and a strong film of oil.
