Console/Glovebox question..

Hey guys, 2 minor gripes/questions..

Is the passenger side glovebox adjustable? I have to somewhat slam mine to get it to click closed..

Is the center console compartment adjustable? I noticed it sticks up somewhat when closed and has opened itself on me while driving due to my elbow resting on it..

I figured if anyone would know, you guys would, or can atleast relate and tell me if your cars are all the same way.

i have the issue with the glove box where you have to slam it. but the center console is fine. have you checked the latch to see if its loose or worn down? might need replaced

These are definitely first world problems on this budget sports car. It's pretty much the same here. the spring that pops open the centre console holds the door a little proud. As that ages, it'll probably settle down. The glovebox is just small and has a consequent poor leverage ratio, pivot to latch and needs a little extra thrust, especially if the bible is in there.
