I noticed during a rain storm yesterday, that I was getting a leak on the passenger side front part of the convertible. Is the fitment of our convertible tops adjustable?

The hooks that clamp the top down can be spun to adjust the tension. I don't know of any other adjustment spots.

You can also adjust the windows up seal a little tighter, but adjusting a top so it doesn't leak is hard!!! My experionce is if the top doesn't leak new from the factory and one day you need a new top, its never the same. IMHO

there are a number of adjustable points on the rag top... the shop manual list them and their specific range.. However, it also cautions to take it to a professional for adjustment (not ford dealership) but a rag top shop...

this is not something you should do, unless you've adjusted things on a car before. its infinitely adjustable so you can easily get your car in a state where its tons worse than when you started.

wind and water leaks are part of the fun of owning a ragtop.
