So I'm trying to pressure test my cooling system before I put everything back together. The universal kit I have won't seal with any adapter. Does anyone make an adapter that screws into the coolant crossover tube that will hook up to a pressure tester? Also do you know of a good adapter that would screw into the coolant crossover that would accept like a funnel? I have a universal funnel to burp the cooling system but I have to hold it there. I could tape it I guess but just don't like the idea of that.

Take a funnel that fits in the crossover and wrap it in a bunch of layers of teflon tape. Then you can "screw" it into the crossover and it will seal and sit upright on it's own.

Best place to pressure test the system is at the reservoir cap. Buy a cheap aftermarket cap, drill a hole in it and JB Weld a brass hose barb into it to connect to your pressure tester.
